Earlier this year, some children were nominated by their teachers to take part in a special art club with Mrs Porter. Their pieces of art were sent off to the Rotary Art Competition for judging. The theme this year was 'Water'. The children came up with their own ideas about what they would like to draw and paint, then they wrote a short caption for their artwork.
Kayra was chosen as the lucky winner for our school and was presented with some prizes and a certificate in our award assembly this morning. A big well done to all of the children!
